Market Space

Market Peckham is a co-working and community space in Peckham, South London, developed and designed with the richness of its context in mind.

I was a lead designer on the building fit-out, coordinating and producing all tender packages ensuring the project was on budget and within construction timelines. My ambition was to create a flexible space to accommodate meeting rooms, working areas and use sustainable and durable materials to create a robust framework for the building’s future use.

Throughout this project, I learned how to wear multiple hats - to design, draw and execute projects as an architect, a contractor and a developer, ensuring the right balance of cost, time and quality were achieved.
