Sustainable roadmap

A strategic project for a large fashion brand explored regenerative future pathways for the fashion industry over the next 30 years, and created a tool for exploring possible future pathways for their business.

As project lead and creative lead, I worked collaboratively with the client to deliver a strategic tool for their organisation. The output was a playbook and a futures tool, designed to deploy it internally as a self-guided tool exploring the future of the business and the role of their people within it. It was one of my favourite projects I worked on to date, where I had the chance to win the work initially and have full autonomy over its delivery from start to finish.

The success of this collaboration was highlighted by a very satisfied client who we continued to work with on a second phase of the project.
